Good variety of outdoor activities available.
The food was boring and repetitive every single day, lacking flavor. The beach was dirty, and the ants in the room were a real nuisance. The staff were unresponsive to complaints, leaving us frustrated .

The resort was situated in a picturesque landscape, with
Beautifully landscaped pathways leading to various amenities. Plenty of family-friendly activities kept us entertained. The staff needs to be more attentive to guest needs, especially during busy meal times.

We enjoyed the beautiful aqua park and spent our days by the 4 swimming pools. After an active workout in the gym, we tried windsurfing and cycling nearby. Definitely recommend exploring the local area for some fun activities.

We loved the amazing sea view from our room and the huge pools that were spotlessly clean. The spa's massage options and the indoor pool made for perfect relaxation after a long day in the sun. Just be prepared to navigate a few stairs around the hotel, but it’s worth it for such a great experience! 😎

Great location for family fun
The place is massive, awesome for exploring! We loved the beach, super sandy and calm for our little one. Check this out, the fast check-in was a total win after a long drive. The restaurant had some tasty local dishes, but I wish there were more options for picky eaters. The walk to the water park was kinda long.

We had a great family stay with an amazing location close to the sea. the pools, waterslides, and beach were all great for kids. the food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and plenty of options for everyone. the hotel staff were pretty good and addressed our concerns quickly, providing clean and comfortable rooms.
Some of the staff appeared to be overworked and tired, with a couple of unpleasant surprises.

This venue is perfect for a luxurious family holiday. the outdoor swimming pools, clean beach access, and numerous sun loungers offer exclusive amenities for all guests. the spa lounge and beauty treatment facilities provide high, quality relaxation and rejuvenation, while the entertainment and live shows are enjoyable for all ages. the restaurant offers a varied selection of food, including themed evenings, while the bar and snack bar ensure that guests can enjoy refreshing drinks all day long. the spacious rooms provide the ultimate comfort and convenience, with personalized in, room breakfast and private facilities, making every stay a unique experience.
Our only minor issue with this hotel was the limited payment options in the shops, which only accepted cash payments. this was compensated by the convenient exchange office that allowed credit card payments, as well as the embedded payment solutions that could potentially be implemented in the future.

The food had a good variety and quality, with fresh ingredients and well-cooked dishes. , the location was perfect, very close to the beach, with easy access to local attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and always ready to help.
The rooms were small and cramped, not what we were expecting for the price we paid. The noise level was high, particularly at night, with music blasting from the bar until late hours.
